Our Beliefs We Believe in ONE all-present, all-knowing, all-powerful God who reveals Himself in three persons: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. (The Trinity, Matthew 28:19) We Believe in the sacrificial death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) We Believe that salvation comes by grace through faith in the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:4-10) We Believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven. (John 14:6) We Believe that every person who puts his/her faith in Jesus for salvation is eternally secure. (John 10:27-30) We Believe in water baptism by emersion for an outward testimony of the life saving/changing power of Jesus Christ. (Acts 8:35-39) We Believe in taking The Lord's Supper (Communion) in remembering the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross and His blood shed for us. (Matthew 26:26-29, Luke 22:9-20) We Believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, and that it is ABSOLUTELY TRUE and WITHOUT error. (Psalm 19:7-10, 2 Timothy 3:16-17) We Believe in the power of prayer individually and in our worship gatherings as a church. (James 5:13-18) We Believe in meeting together on the first day of the week to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead. (Matthew 28:1-7) We Believe in the great commandment and the great commission. (Matthew 22:34-40, Matthew 28:18-20) We Believe that every church member has an important role in the body of Christ which is the Church. (1 Corinthians 12:18) We Believe in the eminent return of Jesus Christ as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (Revelation 19:11-16)
